Poison Ivy Spray: Super concentrated Jewelweed spray is wonderful for poison ivy/oak or any skin irritation. It contains Jewelweed, organic virgin coconut oil and homemade witch hazel. Give it a shake and apply before or after exposure to poison ivy or other skin irritation.

Comfrey Pain Balm: Wonderful for joint pain, arthritis, cell regeneration and wound healing. It contains comfrey infused avocado oil, organic beeswax and coconut oil.

Beeswax Eggshell Candles: Just in time for Easter! Made from our own already colorful egg shells and 100% pure beeswax, these tea lights are cute, recyclable and will make a wonderful conversation piece.

Our birds are laying!

That means our beautiful fertilized chicken hatching eggs are available (for local pickup OR shipping) along with some organic, non-GMO eggs for eating down in our farm stand.

We also offer chicks hatched out upon request, minimum 12. Once spring hatching season slows down, we will have eating eggs available daily, but they are always first-come, first-serve.

 Spring 2025 - Bielefelder Chickens

We are always looking to update our flock genetics and keep things interesting. This spring, we are delighted to introduce Bielefelder stock to our homestead and breeding program. This German, heritage breed is known for it’s docile temperament and jumbo size. They are productive layers offering large, brown eggs.

We’re hoping to raise a rooster to offer purebred and barnyard mix hatching eggs and chicks. Stay tuned!

GROW - NURTURE - CREATE

Even before we pursued our dreams of homesteading in 2018, we felt a passionate call to live closer to nature and in harmony with the earth. We wanted to be able to have a connection to our resources, use our creativity and be good stewards of our property. We wanted to know exactly where our food was coming from. We wanted to live and learn with intention and reverence for God’s creation.

Now, we live out our personal mission statement each day.

We are getting back to our roots and raising Silver Appleyards again! Silvers are one of the breeds that made us fall in love with raising ducks when we began our journey. They are a naturally docile, medium-large breed, and reliably lay large eggs.
